The WM Systems Analyst plays a key role in bridging Operations and IT to ensure that warehouse management and logistics systems operate efficiently and align with business objectives. The role focuses on maintaining, supporting, and enhancing WMS and ERP applications to drive operational performance and streamline daily activities across distribution centers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the analyst identifies opportunities for process improvement, implements system enhancements, and provides guidance and technical support to ensure seamless system performance and user adoption.  

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide daily functional and technical support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP-related applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure effective resolution in coordination with IT infrastructure teams.
• Conduct system analyses and root cause investigations to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain departments to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and reflected in system configurations.
• Configure, test, and maintain system parameters, workflows, and master data to align with business operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics systems support and administration.
• Hands-on experience in WMS platforms (Infor WMS, SAP EWM, or similar) including configuration and functional support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and physical inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, barcode technologies, and warehouse automation tools.
• Knowledge of integration mechanisms such as IDocs, APIs, and RFCs.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and data analytics tools.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
