Chief Executive Officer / Vice President is responsible to lead the company's next phase of strategic growth, strengthen profitability, and drive operational excellence across all business units.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic and operational plan.
- Oversee all business functions including retail operations, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
- Lead business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and digital presence.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities and ensure sustainable financial growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and key market stakeholders.
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and key industry bodies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Executive Leadership Program preferred.
- 15–20+ years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a CEO, Vice President, or General Manager role leading large-scale retail or consumer-focused organizations.
- Solid experience managing multi-branch operations within the Kingdom or GCC region.
- Hands-on P&L ownership and financial planning experience.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable business plans.
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and investors.
