Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the CEO’s strategic advisor and representative when required.
- Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and executive decision-making.
- Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Provide executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven executive leadership experience in large construction organizations.
- Strong background in corporate strategy, organizational leadership, and business transformation.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience providing executive-level support and acting as a deputy to senior leadership (CEO).
