Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. The role is responsible for ensuring competitive and equitable reward practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting business objectives and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage the company's total rewards strategy.
- Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, grading, and job evaluation.
- Conduct market benchmarking and recommend competitive pay practices.
- Manage employee benefits programs and reward policies.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus, and incentive programs.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and reward initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–6 years specializing in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience within the construction sectors is highly preferred.
- Experience managing compensation frameworks for large, multi-site organizations.
- GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compensation design and salary benchmarking.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies (Hay, Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry, or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills.
- Experience with HRIS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of budgeting and workforce planning.
