This position will be based at the company’s Cairo office, supporting strategic hiring initiatives across regional operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, engineering, and project management roles within the construction sector. The role focuses on attracting top-tier talent, building sustainable candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet project manpower needs efficiently.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for construction and related sectors (engineering, contracting, project management, real estate development).
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their manpower needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Use creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and other professional networks, to attract top construction talent.
- Maintain updated talent databases and generate recruitment reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a construction or engineering industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and other advanced tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for connecting professionals with opportunities and contributing to the success of major construction projects in Egypt and the GCC.
