Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activities and drive hiring strategies across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and leading a high-performing recruitment team to attract top talent.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, professional, and leadership positions.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and service levels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Regional recruitment experience within the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- Previous experience within the construction, engineering, or contracting industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing high-volume and professional hiring across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies.
- Experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
