The Sr. Sales Account Manager drives client acquisition and builds long-term relationships aligned with our growth strategy. Through market research, lead generation, and strategic planning, they identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while acting as a key link between clients and internal teams.
The job is a mix between two major functions Client Success and Business Development, and the main two markets he or she will take care of are Saudi Arabia & Egypt.
To own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to post-delivery, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. The Sr. Sales Account Manager will act as a strategic partner to clients, maintaining long-term relationships, conducting satisfaction assessments, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and continuous service improvement.
