Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking Sr. Client Success Specialist to join the dynamic team in Cairo.
The Sr. CS Specialist drives client acquisition and builds long-term relationships aligned with our growth strategy. Through market research, lead generation, and strategic planning, they identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while acting as a key link between clients and internal teams.
The job is a mix between two major functions Client Success and Business Development, and the main two markets he or she will take care of are Saudi Arabia & Egypt.
To own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to post-delivery, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. The Sr. Client Success Specialist will act as a strategic partner to clients, maintaining long-term relationships, conducting satisfaction assessments, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and continuous service improvement.
Key Accountability
Identify and qualify leads to build a strong client pipeline.
Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue goals.
Develop and present customized service proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
Provide market insights to support recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
Manage activities and reporting through our CRM (Odoo).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in business development
Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in the services sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
Experience using CRM tools and maintaining documentation.
Experience in Saudi and GCC market is preferable.
