As a Spare Parts Development and Sales Manager you will oversees the strategic development and profitable commercialization of spare parts, ensuring efficient inventory management and maximizing revenue opportunities. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies in line with market trends, customer needs, and company goals. 
  • Work closely with procurement and finance teams to establish product cost targets and manage the development budget. 
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising product quality.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for components, materials, and manufacturing processes. 
  • Develop launch plans and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product iterations. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • MS / BS degree in Engineering (Automotive mechanical engineering is preferred).
  • at least 10 years of experience in the same position.
  • Proper experience in spare Parts Development Plans Preparing and implementing.
  • Market continuous studying to find Business gaps and to allocate business potential opportunities.
  • Spare parts Monthly and yearly Forecasting and continuous stock analysis.
