Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform (text, images, videos, etc.).
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Foster a positive community and build relationships with key audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare and present regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and execute campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and ensure ROI.
• Research and analyze competitors’ social media strategies.
• Implement innovative ideas to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Culinary Arts, or related fields (preferred).

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Social Media.

• Hands-on baking experience or a deep understanding of bakery products is a must.
  Strong knowledge of analytics tools.

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms.

• Photography, videography, and basic editing skills for food content creation.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, Creativity, and attention to detail.
