Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.
Work Location: Dammam (Sites), Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and schedules.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Solve technical issues, provide advice, and implement improvements.
- Plan and manage resources, including machinery and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards.
- Inspect and review projects to ensure conformity with specifications.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving problems.
- Report on progress to managers, engineers, and clients.
- Resolve any arising issues or emergencies on-site.
- Keep an inventory of materials and equipment used.
- Record and report all progress and delays.
- Review and submit work reports and budgets.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures and material properties.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving orientation and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work in varied environmental conditions.
