The Service Manager will oversee all after-sales services, including installation, maintenance, and repair operations for sanitary and lighting products. They will ensure efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and high-quality support for all products.
- Monitor and improve service processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales and technical departments to resolve complex service issues.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure availability for critical services.
- Train and develop technicians on product knowledge and safety protocols.
- Manage service budgets and cost-efficiency metrics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a service management role within the sanitary or lighting industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and improve service efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of sanitary and lighting product installations and maintenance standards.
