As a Service Execution Officer you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality HR services, supporting B2B clients, and ensuring operational excellence. We're looking for goal-driven, detail-oriented professionals with a passion for service delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute and follow up on daily tasks related to HR services.
- Coordinate with clients to deliver required services efficiently and professionally.
- Update records and data in electronic systems accurately and timely.
- Prepare regular reports on workflow and service quality.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on client requests through available communication channels.
- Ensure adherence to approved standards and policies in service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and enhanced performance outcomes.
- Operate on government platforms to support service execution.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Educational background or training in IT or computer-related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
