Key Accountabilities
- Analyze project specifications and tender documents to prepare accurate, competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather all required inputs for bid submissions.
- Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and risk assessments in line with company guidelines.
- Manage the full tendering process from initial inquiry through to submission and post-tender clarification.
- Maintain a structured database of tender submissions and outcomes to support future proposals and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and external client requirements.
- Attend bid clarification meetings, site visits, and negotiations when required.
- Identify opportunities to optimize bidding procedures and improve win rates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in tendering, preferably within the oil and gas or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of pumping systems, fluid handling equipment, or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Solid commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to understand and respond to complex specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tendering software/tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
