We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to Join Rawaj Co with the below details:
What you will do:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Coordinate the whole account, starting from the hiring request until the end of the deliverable.
- Job posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, negotiating offers, and proactively building Benchmark’s talent pipeline.
- Interview job holders and managers to get information about jobs and to complete job descriptions by agreed deadlines.
- Developing and recommending recruiting techniques and sources to ensure a successful search in a given period.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the organizations’ recruitment strategy.
- Recruit and hire the best candidates within our client's budget and as per the agreed Job Profile.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- It is preferred to have an HR certificate or diploma.
- 3 years of solid experience in recruitment.
- Previous work experience in a recruitment agency.
- Time management & basic knowledge for SLA and hiring plan.
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Decision-making skills.
