Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients across the MENA region.  

We are expanding our Talent Excellence Team and looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic environment

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries (FMCG, Retail, Construction, Energy, etc.)
• Maintaining strong pipelines and guaranteeing exceptional candidate experience.
• Mentoring junior recruiters and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
• Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience. 

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn & advanced recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English.
