A Senior Sales Analyst prepares and submits daily reports on financial activities, in addition to analyzing sales performance across branches, and distributing targets and objectives to employees based on the directives of the Regional Manager.
Job location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare financial reports, expense reports, rewards, and new fragrance reports.
- Distribute branch targets or objectives to employees based on the approval of the Regional Manager.
- Distribute monthly operational targets to employees based on the approval of the Regional Manager.
- Monitor daily performance indicators and analyze daily branch performance by extracting reports from the sales systems.
- Prepare a comprehensive monthly performance report for the branch and share it with management to evaluate branch results.
- Follow up on promotional offers and verify their implementation through branch visits, assess employee performance, and make recommendations for reward disbursement.
- Analyze and manage the sales performance of underperforming branches (e.g., new branches, new fragrances, premium products).
- Review branch performance indicators and share the results with the Regional Manager to enhance performance and recommend solutions to address any declines or operational issues that hinder overall branch performance.
- Monitor product availability at branches and submit reports (on outages, repeated outages, and limited product availability).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in the field of retail sales analysis.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations.
- Analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities in policies, operations, and practices.
- Experience in cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Ability to implement policies, procedures, and execute related tasks.
- Commitment to work procedures and willingness to collaborate with others.
