Key Accountabilities
- Utilize existing and past relationships within the interior finishing industry to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for key projects, from initial client engagement and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For someone with the following requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing sales.
- Having a demonstrated success history in sales of B2B projects specifically in the furniture or interior design industries is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong network of industry contacts and connections, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
