The Senior Products Manager (Mobility & Connectivity) is responsible for driving the strategic development and commercial success of the organization’s Mobile and Fixed product portfolios within the Business Unit. This role plays a critical part in translating corporate strategy into impactful product roadmaps that deliver revenue growth, enhance customer value, and strengthen market leadership.
Key Accountabilities
- Take full ownership of revenue and cost targets for Mobile (Mobility) and Fixed (Connectivity) product portfolios, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, pricing, launch, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize product adoption and commercial performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify telecom and ICT market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, ICT, Security, and Business Excellence to deliver integrated product solutions.
- Drive product innovation by identifying emerging technologies, digital solutions, and new market opportunities within Mobile and Fixed services.
- Monitor and report on product performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Establish SMART KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide coaching to develop a high-performing product management team.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to enhance product offerings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong experience in product management within telecommunications, ICT, or technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization.
- Solid understanding of Mobile (Mobility) and Fixed (Connectivity) telecom products and services.
- Experience in market analysis, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
