The Senior Growth Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and maximize the value of the organization’s data assets. The role focuses on identifying high-value customer segments, driving data monetization initiatives, and building strategic partnerships that enable sustainable growth. By leveraging advanced analytics, market intelligence, and innovative business models, the role plays a critical part in enhancing customer value propositions and optimizing commercial performance.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and refine strategies to identify and target high-value customer segments, leveraging data analytics, market research, and predictive insights to tailor marketing and product offerings.
  • Design and implement initiatives to monetize data assets by utilizing AI/ML insights, customer intelligence, and analytics-driven solutions to create innovative products and partnerships (e.g., API management, B2B2X marketplace models).
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted strategies focused on customer acquisition, loyalty enhancement, and maximizing customer lifetime value across priority segments.
  • Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with third-party data providers, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders to enhance data capabilities and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and data monetization initiatives, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of big data, analytics platforms, and emerging industry trends to position and monetize data assets effectively while promoting continuous innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and share market intelligence that supports evolving customer needs.
  • Ensure all growth initiatives align with corporate ethics, brand standards, and regulatory frameworks while staying updated on industry developments and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven team culture by driving talent development, coaching, goal alignment, and delivering world-class customer experiences.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in growth strategy, data monetization, customer segmentation, and analytics-driven business development.
  • Strong understanding of big data ecosystems, advanced analytics, and AI/ML-driven insights to enable data commercialization.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships to drive business growth.
  • Experience in business development, revenue optimization, and new product or marketplace initiatives such as APIs or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business actions.
  • High level of professional ethics, integrity, and compliance awareness.
