Key Accountabilities
- Design and develop external facades for retail and commercial projects.
- Translate brand identity and guidelines into architectural facade concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution.
- Review and approve material selections (glass, aluminum, cladding, etc.).
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation and ensure design compliance.
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align design with brand image
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facade design, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
- Proven experience working on branded retail outlets or chain stores is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience in both design and site execution phases.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, cladding, signage integration).
- Understanding of branding and visual identity application in design.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
