We are seeking an Architect for a Saudi Engineering Consultant.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs for residential units within specified timeframes.
- Review and provide feedback on pre-prepared designs, ensuring modifications are completed as required.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs, either online or in-person as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure design compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and client interactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of documented practical experience in architectural design.
- Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers at a Professional level is preferred.
- Proven ability to create innovative and functional architectural designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
