As a Senior Administration Officer oversee and manage the administrative functions within the organization. you must have extensive experience in administration, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently while supporting the overall operations of the company
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Manage office facilities and ensure proper maintenance.
- Monitor and report on budget allocations and expenses.
- Support administrative staff with guidance and resources.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational efficiency.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in streamlining administrative processes.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years in administrative roles with management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of office management procedures and financial principles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
