Responsibilities:
- Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance.
- Execute and oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support.
- Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide expert support and ensure smooth system operation.
- Optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
- Serve as main contact for FICO matters; lead communication and training.
- Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation.
- Stay current with SAP innovations and help shape the organization’s FICO roadmap.
Requirements:
- • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or related fields
• SAP FICO expertise in FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Special Ledger
• SAP FICO expertise in CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders
• Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP
• 7–15 years of SAP FICO experience, including full-cycle implementations
• Leadership experience in team and project environments
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a major advantage
• Experience with RICEFW objects, SAP configuration, and data migration
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori
• Knowledge of financial compliance (IFRS, GAAP) and basic ABAP debugging
• Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
• SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred
