We are looking for an ambitious and high-achieving Sales Specialist to be the face of our client's brand for retailers, department stores, and wholesale customers. Their primary responsibility will be to expand the client's market share, enhance product visibility, and consistently achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute daily route plans effectively to visit existing and potential retail, wholesale, and traditional trade outlets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume, value, and distribution targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
- Ensure our products are fully stocked, prominently displayed, and priced correctly at the point of sale according to company guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends, reporting feedback to management.
- Oversee the collection of payments, manage credit limits tightly, and ensure accurate invoicing for all transactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, specifically within FMCG distribution (traditional trade, modern trade, or wholesale).
- Strong familiarity with the assigned geographical territory and an existing network of retail/wholesale contacts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, target-oriented, and comfortable working on the field daily.
- Valid driver's license.
