As a Sales Manager – Steel Works, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding market presence, and driving business growth in the steel fabrication and structural steel sector. The role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Key Accountabilities 
The position involves: 
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the steel fabrication and construction sectors.
- Identifying and pursuing new clients and business opportunities within Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
- Managing relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Coordinating with production, engineering, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and presenting results to senior management.
- Representing the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 8–12 years of experience in sales within the steel fabrication or construction materials industry.
- Strong network within contractors, EPC companies, and developers.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing major contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project-based sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and tender management tools.
