A leading company operating in the car rental and transportation sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mobility solutions, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a reliable and diverse vehicle fleet.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role requires a strong background in sales management, and customer relationship management.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, and agencies.
- Lead, train, manage and develop the sales team effectively.
- Manage and expand the existing client base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Oversee sales and rental operations to ensure smooth performance.
- Prepare sales reports, statistics, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate internally between departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Handle administrative duties and prepare related management reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in he automotive, car rental, or mobility services industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
