The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with private hospitals, expanding the customer base, and leading the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets.

Key Accountabilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with private hospitals to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Supervise and coach the sales team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and account status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven network with private hospitals in Riyadh (Must Have).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing or coaching a sales team is a plus.
- Industry experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
