The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for mining products, identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company’s position in the industrial minerals market. The role requires strong experience in mining product sales within the GCC region, with proven knowledge of Silica and Limestone markets and the ability to manage export operations, particularly to European markets.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Develop and implement sales strategies for mining products, especially Silica and Limestone.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and international partners.
Conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitors and market trends.
Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and oversee export sales activities.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a Sales Manager role in the mining sector.
Experience in the GCC mining market is a must.
Strong experience in Silica sales is required.
Proven experience selling mining products such as Limestone, Silica, or other industrial minerals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English and MS Office.
