The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships within the doors, architectural hardware, and construction market, the role involves leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening the company’s position in the regional market.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, within doors, architectural hardware, or construction materials.
  • Experience in the KSA and GCC market is a must.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage sales teams and drive business growth.
