As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales within the compound, engaging with potential residents, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship building, and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in residential units within the compound.
- Conduct property tours and present available units, amenities, and community features to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates on system.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns, launches, and promotional events.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
- Handle negotiations with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and pricing strategies.
- Provide clients with detailed information regarding payment plans, financing options, and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and sales events to generate new leads.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local real estate regulations.
- Deliver post-sales support and maintain relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle communities.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and handle client objections professionally.
- Experience selling within gated communities or large-scale residential projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of mortgage/financing processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
