We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Representative to join one of the fastest-growing industrial engineering companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that specializes in metal and industrial processes.
The sales engineer/sales representative must have a proven track record in technical sales of firefighting products and in-depth knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment.
Key Accountabilities
- Promote and sell firefighting products and systems to contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical consultations and product presentations to clients to ensure proper product selection and system design support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical submittals, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project deliverables.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or related technical discipline).
- 3+ years of sales experience in the firefighting systems and equipment industry.
- Proven knowledge of NFPA standards and relevant civil defense regulations.
- Strong experience in the Saudi market with a well-established network of contacts.
- Preferably has worked with or represented major firefighting brands such as SFFECO, NAFFCO, HEBA, or ALSABEH.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
