As a Sales Director you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. This role leads the sales team, manages key accounts, and ensures the achievement of sales targets while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and expand market share.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Oversee key client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support successful product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and analytics, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support revenue growth.
- Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a strong return on investment.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling sales message across all channels, including digital, retail, and direct sales.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics, particularly within the Saudi market.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the sales team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in the Saudi market is a plus.
- Experience in the retail industry—especially in cosmetics and perfumes—is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to drive high performance.
- Expertise in sales strategy, business development, and key account management.
- Experience managing large sales targets and budgets, with strong focus on ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and omnichannel sales approaches is a plus.
