As a Sales Director, you will lead and develop the overall sales strategy across the organization, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability. The role is responsible for setting sales direction, driving execution excellence, expanding market coverage across Saudi Arabia, and leading large sales teams in alignment with company objectives and long-term business goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and distribution objectives across Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring high performance across all sales channels and regions.
- Drive business growth by expanding market coverage, strengthening key customer relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales execution and route-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Operations to deliver business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the food, dairy, or beverage sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and proven success managing multi-channel sales operations, including traditional trade, modern trade, key accounts, e-commerce, foodservice, and cash van distribution.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and route-to-market development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, trade spend, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments.
