As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth across Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Executive Search, and Capability Building services. You will research and target potential clients, build strong lead pipelines, run strategic multichannel outreach campaigns, and convert qualified leads into opportunities.
This position requires a balance of business development expertise, consultative communication, and strategic coordination to ensure a seamless understanding of client needs and service alignment.  

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Identify and build target lists of decision-makers such as CHROs, TA Directors, and L&D Leaders using prospecting platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or ZoomInfo.
  • Plan and execute multichannel outreach campaigns through email, InMail, and phone calls, ensuring continuous testing, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Convert outreach responses into qualified discovery meetings and document all findings in CRM systems using structured frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
  • Lead introductory discussions to understand client challenges, goals, and talent requirements, and participate in clarification sessions with internal delivery teams to align on needs and expectations.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, data hygiene, and timely reporting of all lead, activity, and opportunity updates.
  • Support proposal development and coordinate the transition of qualified leads to delivery teams for execution.
  • Monitor market movements, organizational expansions, and leadership changes to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
  • Analyze outreach performance metrics to improve messaging, cadence, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and engagement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3–6 years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably within professional services, recruitment, or human capital management sectors.
  • Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative and solution-based sales practices.
  • Proven ability to manage structured outreach sequences and maintain disciplined CRM practices.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Passion for the Human Capital Management and Talent Advisory industry, and understanding of its impact on organizational transformation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, or work visits, mainly to Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
  • Strong understanding of GCC business culture and market dynamics, especially within Saudi Arabia.
