Job Context: Working as a Sales and Marketing Manager entails developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that enhance the organization's brand visibility, drive sales, and support business growth.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and adapt strategies based on market conditions.
  •  Lead and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals; monitor performance.
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and preferences, making data-driven decisions.
  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, effectively communicating their unique features.
  • Streamline sales processes, implementing best practices and automation tools.
  • Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Partner with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotional events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
