As a Sales & BD Representative you will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable HR Solutions. The ideal candidates are skilled communicators, goal-oriented, and passionate.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
- Implement effective business development campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Creatively promote the company’s programs and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations.
- Manage client data using CRM systems.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze results to improve strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license; willing to travel locally.
- Experience in HR services is considered a plus.
