Key Accountabilities 
Restaurant Manager
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations.
 - Ensure a safe working environment in alignment with Sushi Sushi’s OHS standards.
 - Report all accidents, incidents, or potential hazards to the designated supervisor.
 - Assist in identifying and resolving potential workplace hazards.
 - Consistently exhibits positive safety behaviors and adheres to Sushi Sushi’s safety guidelines and operational practices.
 - Reports all accidents, incidents, and foreseeable or preventable hazards.
 - Actively participates in hazard resolution efforts.
 
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Supports the Store Manager in leading a team of Level 1 Employees (Sushi Artisans) to deliver exceptional customer service and world-class sushi.
 - Assist in managing and motivating a team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
 - Ensure that products are presented fresh and appealing throughout the day.
 - Foster a fun and engaging work environment while maintaining high standards.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in sushi restaurants.
 - Proven ability to lead and develop a team of Sushi Artisans.
 - Excellent communication skills and the capability to manage a diverse workforce.
 - Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements.
 - Competence in managing stock takes, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor.
