As a Restaurant / Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your branch, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. You will take full ownership of your branch’s performance, leading your team to achieve sales, service, and quality targets while fostering a positive, safe, and productive working environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, food quality, and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor sales, operational KPIs, and budget performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with corporate support teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Implement brand policies, promotional activities, and standard operating procedures consistently.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a branch or restaurant manager in a fast-food chain, experience with fried chicken brands is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset, proactive approach, and ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand effectively.
- Fluent in English.
