Job Context: working as a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute plans to ensure the timely and successful acquisition of top talent. Your role will involve employing various recruitment methods, maintaining candidate pipelines, and contributing to the enhancement of our recruitment processes.  

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
