Job Context: To promote and sell products and solutions to customers for various projects related to sanitary and lighting applications. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their project needs, and providing them with suitable product recommendations and solutions. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote sanitary and lighting products to architects, contractors, interior designers, and other stakeholders involved in construction and renovation projects.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring timely responses to their requests.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of sanitary and lighting products, including their features, specifications, and applications, to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their projects.
  •  Collaborate with project teams and customers to understand project requirements, provide product recommendations, prepare proposals, and ensure the timely delivery of products to meet project deadlines.
  •  Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company by actively pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to address customer needs effectively and drive sales growth.
  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM software or other tools provided by the company.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary and lighting industry or related construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of sanitary and lighting products and their applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
