The Project Manager will lead and oversee complex electrical projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects and a proven track record of working in compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.
Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage high-voltage substation project from initiation to commissioning.
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.
- Coordinate approvals, compliance, and inspections with SEC.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing High Voltage Substations projects.
- Must be approved by Saudi Electricity Company.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
