Job Context: working as Project Manager entails overseeing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure all aspects of the projects meet or exceed industry quality standards.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular reports to management on project status, budget, and timelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 15:20 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
- Experience within the Saudi Market.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent Preferred.
- Experience in sustainable and green building practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
