The Project Manager will lead and oversee complex industrial projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Saudi Aramco projects and a proven track record in project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee full-cycle project execution from initiation through closeout
- Manage resources, contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
- Monitor cost, time, and scope performance indicators and lead corrective actions as needed
- Provide leadership in resolving technical and operational issues
- Deliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelors in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- 15 to 20 years overall experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior project leadership role on industrial or infrastructure projects
- Certifications: Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Candidates with prior client-side project management approvals will have an advantage.
- Prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Project Manager or relevant Management Certifications are required.
- Deep understanding of GCC construction regulations and safety standards
- Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & ERP systems (Oracle/Dynamics AX preferred)
