We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our offset printing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a solid understanding of offset printing processes. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow and staff in a fast-paced printing environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise and coordinate all offset printing production activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure efficient use of manpower and machinery.
- Ensure all production targets and deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and quality control teams to maintain high production standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for production output, downtime, and quality control.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Train and guide production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Leading the operators team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of overall production experience, with at least 2–3 years in offset printing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of offset printing machines, materials, and workflows.
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet production goals under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and health & safety protocols.
