The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office for large-scale construction and electrical projects, The role requires extensive experience in construction companies, strong project governance, and proven expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling complex projects.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks for construction and electrical projects.
- Monitor project performance, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Provide strategic support and reporting to senior management and project directors.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, risk management, and quality standards.
- Facilitate project prioritization, portfolio management, and decision-making processes.
- Mentor and coordinate project managers and teams to optimize project delivery.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in project management / PMO roles within construction companies.
- Hands-on experience working with construction contracting companies is essential.
- Strong experience of project management methodologies, planning, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
