Key Responsibilities

  • Travel with the Chairman to various cities within Saudi Arabia for business and personal engagements.
  • Handle all logistics related to travel, including flight, hotel bookings, transportation, and other arrangements.
  • Ensure all travel-related schedules are seamless and efficient.
  • Organize and maintain the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prioritize tasks and commitments based on urgency and importance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to set up meetings and ensure all events are attended on time.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage personal tasks such as event coordination, family-related arrangements, and other personal errands.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and decisions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Chairman and various teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle inquiries on behalf of the Chairman in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support in business meetings and conferences, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared and fully supported.
  • Be ready to respond to ad-hoc requests and changing priorities throughout the day.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all requests are fulfilled with a high level of discretion and efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate or high-profile environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia with the Chairman.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other relevant software.
