As the Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's enterprise performance management framework, ensuring the effective execution of corporate strategy through KPI management, performance reporting, business analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role works closely with business leaders to drive accountability, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.  

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Develop and maintain the corporate performance management framework aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Design, implement, and monitor corporate, departmental, and individual KPIs.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business plans, and performance measures across all business units.
  • Coordinate the annual target-setting process with department heads and business leaders.
  • Monitor organizational performance against approved KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare executive performance dashboards and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate strategy and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Track the progress of strategic initiatives and coordinate with project owners to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct business performance analysis using operational and financial data to support executive decision-making.
  • Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
  • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor customer experience and operational performance indicators, including service quality, turnaround times, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate performance governance, reporting standards, and data accuracy requirements.
  • Manage and enhance performance dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Improve reporting automation, analytics capabilities, and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to enhance performance reporting systems.
  • Partner with department heads to define KPIs, facilitate performance review meetings, and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategic planning, business excellence, or business performance analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience within visa services, tourism, aviation, customer service, BPO, financial services, or government-related organizations is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing KPIs, executive dashboards, Balanced Scorecards, and enterprise performance management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, KPI management, business performance analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and corporate reporting.
  • Professional certifications such as Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), KPI Professional, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CBAP are considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives, drive organizational performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
