Job Context: An Organizational Development Specialist plays a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee development within the automotive industry. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify organizational needs and develop strategies to address them, ultimately contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior management to assess organizational needs and prioritize areas for development and improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, surveys, and evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  •  2 - 4 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related roles within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics, challenges, and trends.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs and organizational development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Change management expertise with the ability to facilitate organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
