Key Accountabilities 

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle ERP systems, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • Engage with C-level and executive stakeholders to design and document solutions for complex business scenarios using the OUM methodology.
  • Configure the Oracle Enterprise Command Center, ensuring its seamless integration with third-party systems for optimized operation.
  • Provide robust support for the Oracle ERP system, particularly within the Finance domains, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize SQL and PL/SQL expertise to enhance database performance, including regular system maintenance tasks such as patches, updates, and tuning.
  • Customize and implement critical Oracle Financial modules: General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Payables, Receivables, Financial Accounting—to align with specific business requirements.
  •  Conduct comprehensive training and support for end-users, promoting efficient use of Oracle ERP applications.
  • Participate actively in system testing and quality assurance processes, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle E-Business Suite with external systems.
  • Share extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP modules to bolster organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with end-users to accurately understand and translate business requirements into viable technical solutions within the Oracle ERP framework.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and Oracle technologies, recommending and implementing system improvements.
  • Document support procedures, configurations, and solutions for future reference and organizational knowledge sharing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in ERP implementation and support.
  • Strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion and EBS R12 Financial modules.
  • Minimum 2 full cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12 within the EPC industry.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Completion of an Oracle Forms Developer Course, covering Forms, Reports, SQL, PLSQL, PI Publisher and Workflow..
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Financial modules (General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Payables, Receivables, Financial Accounting).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database technologies.
  • Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems.
  • Experience for solutioning Treasury (LCs and LGs)
  • Experience in configuring Oracle Command Centre for Finance.
  • Experience with Oracle Projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various Oracle ERP modules outside of Finance.
  • Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to document and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, reporting/analytics is a plus

Certification

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in EBS and/or Fusion.
  • Oracle Certifications in relevant Modules (Oracle Financial Cloud, Oracle EBS Financial Management, Oracle Project Costing and Billing).
  • Relevant Certifications in Project Management or IT Management are a plus.
